The Invitation
In February 2027 we are hosting an intimate retreat at Damanhur in Northern Italy, home to the Temples of Humankind. The retreat is designed as an intentional pause from the pace of modern life. It offers a nurturing environment for rest and reflection within a landscape shaped by nature and sacred architecture. Each day follows a calm rhythm. Mornings begin with gentle exercise and a nourishing breakfast before we move into the experiences of the day. Selected days are spent within the Temples of Humankind and the Sacred Woods, while others introduce us to Damanhur’s community, Selfica technology and its wider spiritual philosophy. Afternoons offer time for rest, treatments and individual sessions, alongside creative practice, sound journeys and guided meditation.
